During the training period, you will be paid a competitive base salary plus benefits. Once the training period is completed, our compensation package includes a BASE SALARY with benefits, plus a progressively graduated COMMISSION STRUCTURE on your territory sales with NO CAP on your maximum earnings along with a YEARLY BONUS.
The successful candidate will preferably possess a four-year degree and a demonstrated desire for a professional sales career. This position requires a candidate with entrepreneurial ambition; the task involves building a business, not taking orders.
