In the dead of winter, E-Tank played a critical role, delivering 30 Roll-Off Boxes and a Double-Wall Frac Tank to the site, closely coordinating the deliveries with the requirements of the on-site leadership.
A train derailment can threaten public safety and the environment with extraordinary hazards. An effective response is required to minimize damage and first responders require a speedy response, highly trained personnel, and managerial excellence. In 2015, in Mount Carbon, WV, a train hauling 109 tank cars of crude oil from North Dakota to Virginia derailed. To make matters worse, 14 of those railcars carrying crude oil caught fire.
The First Responders called on E-Tank to be one of the companies providing equipment in support of the response effort. In the dead of winter, E-Tank played a critical role, delivering 30 Roll-Off Boxes and a Double-Wall Frac Tank to the site, closely coordinating the deliveries with the requirements of the on-site leadership. The deliveries were completed in several days, including a weekend.
